Oh So Sorry

Profuse apologies! So sorry to stray from my brilliant blog immediately after its grand opening. What a tease.

To be honest, I was intimidated. After going through/stalking other people’s blogs, I realized how competitive it is! What, with all the witty banter, clever sarcasm, and disdainful irony, how could I be truly confident in my own amateur blogging abilities?

After much thought and deliberation, I came to the conclusion that my blogging hesitation derived from a lack of focus. Most other blogs I came across were strictly for reviewing movies or music, sports commentary, celebrity gossip, or simply outlets for complaining, etc., which is totally great!

However, being the indecisive person I am, (yes, the one who always lets you go ahead in line at Starbucks because the options are so intimidating, and breaks out in hives at The Cheesecake Factory because the menu is comparable to a novella) I could not possibly confine myself to writing about one topic. Not yet.

Psh. I mean really? With my vast array of fascinating knowledge? That would just be foolish.

That being said, I have decided to allow myself the freedom to write about whatever my little heart desires, at least for now. So take a deep breath and relax. I am officially ready to prove myself clandestinely, oh so clever.
